5-Ingredient Berry Oat Cups

If your little is anything like mine, she wakes up at 6:15 ready to eat the entire house, so, having breakfast items prepped is key!

Not only are these berry oat cups perfect for breakfast, but they are also a great snack, or just add chocolate chips + you have a healthy dessert!

Here’s what you’ll need:

-2 cups of old fashioned oats

-2 medium bananas

– 1 tablespoon of nut butter

-1 tablespoon of cinnamon

-1 cup of frozen mixed berries (any fruit, fresh or frozen, will work)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2. Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl

3. Mix together with handheld or kitchen aid mixer

4. Scoop into greased or lined muffin tin

5. Bake for 10 minutes

This recipe yields 6 large muffins with a little extra–highly recommend eating the extra by the spoonful 😋

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days!
