It’s Toast Tuesday in the foodie world so I wanted to share this super easy Strawberry Chia Jam recipe! And guess what, it only takes those 2 ingredients 🙌🏼
🍓 STRAWBERRY CHIA JAM 🍓
-2 cups of sliced + washed strawberries
-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-Add strawberries to a greased pan over medium heat. I greased my cast iron skillet with chosen foods avocado oil spray.
-As the strawberries start to soften, mash down with a fork until the strawberries become syrupy (about 5-10 minutes).
-Turn off heat.
-Stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
-Allow to sit + thicken (about 10 minutes).
-Add to jar + refrigerate for up to 2 weeks!
This jam can be enjoyed on toast, bagels, English muffins, PB&J, yogurt bowls, oatmeal… the options are endless! My little LOVED it on a piece of toast in her yogurt bowl this morning 🙌🏼
