Who else is using this Quarantine as a time to bake and cook in the kitchen? If you haven’t been in the kitchen much, try this super easy + DELICIOUS cookie recipe.
I used my favorite “healthier” cookie base for these and switched it up by swapping out regular chocolate chips for butterscotch and adding dried cranberries. If you omit the butterscotch chips, these could pass as a breakfast cookie… but I won’t judge if you keep the butterscotch and still have them for breakfast! 🤩
