3-Ingredient Samoa Cookies

These are quite possibly the yummiest and easiest cookies I’ve ever made! I’m calling them a Samoa cookies because that’s what they look like… and taste like, however they’re not crunchy like a true Samoa, the texture is more similar to a coconut macaroon. 🙌🏼

I love these because they have minimal ingredients + you can throw everything in the blender so it’s an easy clean-up! So let’s get to it! 🥥🍪

Store these in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, although I know they won’t last that long! 😝
